Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain inventory information as accurate as possible.

In some exceptional cases, a discrepancy between the displayed stock and the actual stock may occur, preventing the immediate shipment of one or more items.

In this situation, we will contact you to offer you:

  • to wait for the product to be restocked; or

  • to receive a credit note of equivalent or greater value.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

These costs are charged at the time of purchase and constitute the final delivery cost.

Delivery Conditions

Orders are generally delivered within an estimated period of 5 to 7 business days after shipment.

In certain exceptional situations, this period may be extended depending on the carrier, destination, or high logistical activity.

4.1 Preparation and Shipping

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

You have a 24-hour window after your order to request a change to your delivery address.

Our teams and logistics partners operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During periods of high demand, preparation and delivery may require additional time.

  • Shipping: corresponds to when the order leaves our warehouse.

  • Delivery: corresponds to when the package is handed over to the recipient.

4.2 Change of Delivery Address

We can modify the delivery address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

4.3 Delivery to Post Office Boxes

Deliveries to post office boxes are only possible via traditional postal services.

Express carriers generally do not deliver to post office boxes.

4.4 Delivery to Military Addresses

Deliveries to military addresses are made only by national postal services.

Express delivery services are generally not available for these destinations.

4.5 Out-of-Stock Products

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer you:

  • to wait for restocking;

  • or to receive a credit note of greater value.

Order Tracking

Packages Damaged During Transit

If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package if possible.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, any request will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipment Insurance

Shipments are covered against loss or damage according to the applicable conditions of the carrier used.

If the carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • a refund;

  • a reshipment of the product;

  • or a credit note of a higher value.

Procedure – Lost Packages

When a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, Camille & Manon will take charge of reshipping the product or offer a credit note at no additional cost to the customer.
