Our return policy is valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Order Cancellation (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue an immediate refund.
We only begin processing orders after a 24-hour period in order to allow customers to correct any mistakes or request modifications.
After this period, if the order has already been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel it until the product has been delivered, received, and returned to the return address provided.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused
• Be in the same condition as when received
• Be returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the parcel must be sent to the return address provided by email.
Certain categories of products cannot be returned:
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Gift cards
3. Return Validation
To process a return, we will verify that the order belongs to you using your order number and/or the email address used when placing the order.
There are two ways to validate a return:
• We confirm receipt of the parcel at the designated return address
• You provide us with a scan or photo as proof of shipment

A postal receipt or shipping receipt may be accepted as proof.
In some cases, we may ask you to wait until the returned item has been physically received before issuing a refund.
An inspection of the returned parcel may be required before processing.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product and request a refund, we will ask you to provide a photo of the item received.
If no photo is provided, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
The refund will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If, after inspection, the item is found to be in good condition and functioning properly, we will notify you and provide photo and/or video evidence. In this case, the refund request will be denied.
While strict, this policy helps protect Miss Meline against fraudulent claims while maintaining a fair and transparent customer service experience.
5. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a timeframe determined by your bank or card issuer.
You will be notified as soon as the refund process has been initiated on our side.

If you have not yet received your refund:
• First, check your bank account again
• Contact your card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted

Sale items may be refunded, but only based on the amount actually paid and not the original pre-discount price.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
10. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.
The time required to receive an exchanged product or refund may vary depending on your location.
