ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
Automatic order registration systems shall be considered proof of the nature and content of the order.
Miss Meline confirms acceptance of the order via the email address provided by the customer.
The sale is considered concluded once payment has been validated by Miss Meline, either:
• Upon successful online card payment authorisation
• Upon receipt of payment when another approved payment method is used
Miss Meline reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding a previous order.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our offers and prices remain valid while displayed on the website.
Availability displayed at the time of browsing depends on our stock levels and those of our suppliers.
As our catalogue is supplemented with information provided by suppliers, certain items may occasionally become unavailable.
Only permanently discontinued products will be removed from our catalogue.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed by email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and depend on product availability and the selected shipping method.
In the event of a significant delay, customers may request order cancellation.
Special Case – Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis with an estimated release date.
This date is indicative only and may be subject to change.
Miss Meline will dispatch the product as soon as it becomes available.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be modified at any time; however, products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges include participation in handling, packaging, and postage costs.
Orders should be grouped whenever possible. Separate orders may incur separate shipping charges.

Delivery times include order processing and transportation.
Estimated delivery is generally between 5 and 10 business days from the shipment confirmation email.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY, RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products sold are new and covered against manufacturing defects.
They correspond to the products normally available through traditional retail channels.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming item, the customer may request an exchange or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Returned products must be sent back in perfect condition, in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Where a refund is approved, Miss Meline will process it within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & RISK
Ownership of products transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
Risk relating to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Any substantial extraction, reproduction, or reuse of data without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Miss Meline cannot be held liable for inaccuracies contained in such information.
Miss Meline shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• Fires

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions of Sale in full.
The customer waives the right to rely on any conflicting purchasing conditions.
